Background: Adolescent obesity remains a significant public health issue within the United States. Mobile application technology growth and popularity offer new opportunities for research improvement. The development of consolidated mobile (mHealth app) adolescents on these platforms has potential to improve outcomes. Thus, this study describes co-development process working with adolescent users. aims are as follows: (I) explore visual design functional requirements when developing CommitFit mHealth app, (II) uncover gamification techniques that incentivize set achieve healthy lifestyle goals, (III) identify expectations using application.
